Need to change xpcom/src/nsRepository.cpp:#include
<iostream.h> to <sys/stream.h> to build under Solaris 2.5.1

We have a continous build running solarius 2.5.1, so I assume that its working
now.
Moving bug fomr XP-COM to XPCOM. Cleaning up Bugzilla. XP-COM will be removed.
