After downoading my email into the inbox, I cannot view the email. I can see the
one line entry in the window but the body of the message does not appear. I
cannot double-click on the email to read it either.

What build are you using (M13 or a more recent nightly build)?
Is you mail account POP or IMAP?
Are you being prompted for a password when you download new messages?
Are you sure you're entering the right password?
I see similar results on IMAP accounts, where, after I enter a wrong password, I
don't get an alert, but I do see the message headers in the thread pane. When I
click on one, the message body doesn't appear in the message pane, either.
If you're talking about a POP account, you could try deleting the .msf file
corresponding to that folder. (Lisa, where is that on Windows?)
Double-click on the message doesn't work yet.
On Windows, the .msf file is in the Users50 directory. Or, you can use the Find
tool in Explorer to search for *.msf file that corresponds to your inbox (ie.
inbox.msf).
mtefft@mindspring.com - can you attach a screen shot?

Michael, I received your bitmap in email. Does this problem still happen in a
current build?
mtefft@mindspring.com - try to rename/move your localstore.rdf file and see if
that helps.
marking verified. Michael Tefft emailed me and says this problem was fixed in a
recent build. Thanks!
