The "Before reporting a bug" section contains: "Use the Bug Helper to report bugs. This form helps you write well written bug reports." Umm... * it's actually the Bugzilla Helper. * the list that this was added to is for things to do before writing a bug. (e.g. if you're using the Bugzilla Helper, you can't be doing it before reporting a bug, since you're by definition reporting the bug if you're using it. ;)

I just attached a version which puts the Bugzilla Helper in its logical place. While I was at it, I also: * updated the `Mozilla bug' bookmarklet, which now lets you search summary reports as well as bug numbers (code for this feature based on a bookmarklet developed by German Bauer); * fixed one (1) HTML error (`type' not specified in a SCRIPT element); * updated the copyright info from 1998-1999 to 1999-2000. My work here is done.

The section heading is now: "When reporting a bug" instead of "Before reporting a bug". I added in the new bookmarklet and changed the copyright date. I left the "report a bug" link where it was because I want to direct most people to that. If its moved down with the other bugzilla links then it will get lost in the noise.
