Nav and IE both draw the table borders with one inside the other, but NGLayout doesn't, as the inside one stretches outside to the right. Any message on "http://support.lotus.com/freenote.nsf/" does this. Using 26 Jan 99 build.

If the reference is to the table after "Customer Information", then this is another instance of (for example) #1474 or #2736. It is a platform (Win) and optimization specific bug (see #2736). It affects tables with width=nnn%, but may be a layout or rendering bug and not a tables bug (per se).

Yes, it looks like it could have been 2736. It it fixed now.
