the entire area, from back button to end of location/url area looks terrible.
can hardly see buttons at all. still works though. can send a screenshot if needed.

This is a dup of bug 20496 - Navigation Toolbar appears bad. This has been fixed
in more recent builds. Marking as duplicate.
