Screenshot showing what I mean by "weird"
When I start the mail/news reader on Linux build 2000021317 it looks weird (see
buttons at top as well as lower right pane where mozilla mail page should show
up) until I do something that causes the window to redraw itself (resizing,
iconifying/restoring, moving). See attached screenshot. I have not seen this
behaviour in earlier builds

Sounds like an evaughan or pavlov thing. Reassign to trudelle.

I'm not seeing this in my latest debug build, nor in any recent verification
build. resolving as wfm. If you still see this, please reopen with sufficient
information to reproduce.
