Build 2000-02-11-08M14: NT4 Build 2000-02-11-11M14: Linux 6.0 Build 2000-02-11-12M14: Mac 8.6.1 Overview: When Local Folders are "Set as Default" then new messages do not have a default identity appear in the From: field. The From: field is blank. Steps to reproduce: 1. Using any type of account open Account Settings 2. Select "Local Folders" 3. Select the "Set as Default" button 4. Select the OK button to close Account Settings 5. In the folder pane select the Local Folders folder 6. Select the "New Msg" button Actual Results: The From: field is blank. Workaround: I can click on the down arrow and choose another identity. Expected Results: In Account Settings when Local Folders is selected then the "Set as Default" button should be disabled.
It would be nice to have this fixed for beta1, but not sure if it's a priority since there is no data loss.
