Steps to reproduce: 1. Visit http://192.215.23.42/bt2kfull-2/ampersands.htm 2. Bookmark the page. Notice how the bookmark is store "&"codes. 3. Quit and restart Mozilla. Expected: Bookmark to still say "&"codes Result: Bookmark now says "&"codes The number of quot;s seems to keep expanding everytime Mozilla is started. Build id: 2000021416 WinNT 4 SP6

so far I've repro'd this on WinNT and Linux RH6 i expect Mac will yield the same result (coming soon). The bug is just as described and the incorrect name manifests itself in every place where bookmarks are stored. RDF bug? cc'ing rjc.
