Details
Using the latest Linux nightly build (02-14-16-M14), when I attempt to send an
email that I have composed, the email composer window disappears momentarily and
then reappears, with the message still there. In other words, nothing seems to
have happened, and the message is not delivered. I do have an SMTP server set
up, so it should work. A bit hard for me to play with much since Mail/News is
crashing when I open it a second time in a single Mozilla session (forget which
bug # that is). I will see if I can figure this one out a bit better and post
more when I have. In any case, I am unable to send mail with Mozilla at all.

Never mind, I'm on crack tonight. I apparently forgot to set an SMTP server when
I last reconfigured my mail/news settings(I have done this dozens of times now,
so I guess it's understandable). Anyway, I guess a little notification would be
nice, but this isn't really a bug. Email seems to be sending fine after I
entered an SMTP server.

Alec just fix a problem with smtp server name not saved. I have also fix the problem that no alert was shown to the
user when you send a message without smtp server name.
