on build 2000021516 If an HTML page is split into two frames, one on the left
and one on the right, where links from the right frame specify a target frame
other than itself, the target frame is ignored and the link is opened in the
same frame as the link appears. This appears to happen on any page that meets
the afformentioned criteria.
As a secondary note the browser would not aalow me to fill out any section of
this report form after the assigned to field. i was forced to use IE to fill
out this form

Same problem with targets on linux build 2000-2-15-10. Nominating for Beta 1,
raising severity to critical. We can't have this in the beta, now can we?
If your problem with filling out forms can be reproduced, I suggest filing a
seperate bug report for it. (of course, check to see if it already exists
first!) And I'm sorry that you had to use IE.

This is fixed in the 2000-2-16-09 linux build, BUT there is a new issue: the
link will load the page in the correct frame, but the back button loads the
previous page in the wrong frame. Should this be filed as a seperate bug??
yes.
