When selecting a wrapped link, focus ring tries to follow text lines, instead of
selecting the whole area.
Reproducible: Always

1.Go to a page that has wrapped links
2.Select the wrapped link

I compiled this testcase from the main page of theregister.com
It seems it has something to do with a combination of text-size and line
height.
