02-16-08-M14 commercial build:
Should give opportunity to authenticate for multiple accounts when trying to
copy/move a message to IMAP mail accounts that you are not logged into
Steps:
1) Setup more than two/three IMAP accounts.
2) Tried to copy/move a message from the 1st account to an IMAP account that are
not logged into
3) Actual Results: It does not display the password dialog for the authenticate
during the copy/move within multiple accounts.
Expected results: Should display the display passwords dialog for the
authenticate during the copy/move within multiple accounts.
This is actually a more general problem.
Another example:
1) Two IMAP accounts and your sent folder is set up to the second account that
you're not logged into.
Hardware: PC → All
Other examples not necessarily tied to multiple accounts:
1. Drafts/Templates folder location is set to your (primary) IMAP server.
2. You have not yet authenticated to the server.
3. You compose a message and save it as a draft or template.
Result: a login failed alert appears, but you haven't been presented with a
login password dialog.
Should we decide to separate some of these cases into their own bug report(s),
let me know.

Please release note this, with a work around (log into your accounts first) PDT-
for beta.

Bug http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29340 is PDT+ and is pretty much
the same as this one, I think. Oh well.

can someone try the other cases? I don't know any test IMAP accounts.
I just tried cases using 2000-03-07-09commercial build on linux and it looks
like the cases specified are ok now, login prompts appear. Will double-check on
other platforms before marking verified. Any other specific instances that might
show up we can log separate bugs.
OK for filing messages across IMAP servers.
OK for saving drafts/templates to online server not yet authenticated
