Overview Description:
In a tree view (sidebar, manage bookmarks) you can select an item and then use the arrows to scroll thorugh them. When you
get to the bottom(last visible) element and hit down arrow the view should scroll and select the next item.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open the sidebar or manage bookmarks.
2) Expand the tree such that all elements aren't visible.
3) Select one. Continue hitting the down arrow.
Actual Results:
As soon as you try to select the first tree node that is not visible the browser crashes.
Expected Results:
Scroll the view and select the next node.
Build Date & Platform Bug Found:
All platforms 2000021808 builds.
Additional Information:
I presumed this would've already come up but i culdn't find any dupes. cc'ing hyatt
