Steps: 1) Hit bold icon on a blank line 2) Hit bold icon again to remove bullet Actual Results: To remove a bullet, you have to hit the icon twice. Also, the caret moves two lines down so you are not at the same place anymore. Expected Results: Bullet is removed and caret stays on the same blank line Build Date/Platform: 2/18/00 on NT

Would like PDT to review this because this is a top level icon which gets used often.

Note to anyone trying to reproduce this: the submitter is evidently talking about hitting the *bulleted list* icon, not the bold icon. If I hit the bulleted list icon, I do see this behavior. This looks like a rules thing, so I'll add it to Joe's list for now; we may need to triage Joe's list later for load balancing (perhaps I can take this bug and some others).
