When you click on a link or something that has a target of an iframe it does not
work. It goes in the full browser window. A link to a page that I made is above
which shows this error.

The page you supplied has no IFRAMEs, or targeted anchors for that matter. It
is all in one table, and each link is of the form
<a href="ut.html" onMouseOut="isimgact( 'New_Getsome32',0)"
onMouseOver="isimgact( 'New_Getsome32',1)" >
No TARGET attribute. If I click on one of these links, I'd expect the new page
to open in the frame that contains the link. The frameset only contains one
frame with content.
Did you give the right URL? Can you specify more precisely what should happen
on that page? Could you provide a simplified testcase? Thanks.
Summary: IFrames not working! → IFrames not working!

Wait a second. If you click on something on the left the first url in the
IFrame works. But then click on an option on the right. Here is a link to a
page where you can click one of the options on the right. It should appear in
the middle but it appears in the full browser window.

Yeah, sorry, I missed the links on the right. This is working for me on Linux
build 2000.02.19.09.

Travis recently fixed a few bugs relating to frame targetting. I wonder if this
was fixed too? I'll try to test this one tomorrow, but if anyone else wants to,
it would be greatly appreciated. :)
(I say that only because all of my trees are currently being built and I can't
test right now. See also bug 25345)

This seems to work fine with me on Win95 build 03/05.
Couldn't compare to NS4.7 though because it complaint that a /standard.css
wasn't found.
Suggesting to mark resolved...

Per Sebastian@SSpaeth.de's comments, I'm marking this worksforme. I also tested
it in a recent build and it worked for me. Thanks Sebastian!
