This broke out of bug 11430. STEPS TO REPRODUCE Open http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~dbaron/csstest/sec1001b Resize the window a lot. Scroll the window up and down. To ease reproduction, enable the "show window contents while dragging" option on Windows. ACTUAL RESULTS See shortly-to-be-attached screenshot. EXPECTED RESULTS At the risk of insulting your intelligence... a representation equivalent to that which appears when you first load the page! (cc'ing david as bug is with his page.)

Since this only happens on Windows, it's not a view manager bug, but more likely a Windows widget bug.

This bug has been marked "future" because the original netscape engineer working on this is over-burdened. Ian, This isn't occuring on Mac and Windows 98 July 6th builds for me. Can you please check on this build too ?
