I'm seeing this with new profiles, but not on older ones.

I didn't create any new profile, i didn't delete mozregistry so i'm seeing it with my old profile.

Maybe it's only on profiles which hadn't saved to draft/template folders previously? Anyway, error is StringID(hex)=800004003. I haven't been able to get this error on Mac or Linux. pp to keyword

Please make sure you have Drafts and Templates folder set correctly in your Accounts Setup and let me know if the problem still exists.

OK, Ican only see this string ID error when the copies&folders setup for drafts/templates isn't setup correctly. I thought at one time, we did correctly get an alert asking user to check the preferences but we're back to string ID error alert dialog. This may indeed be just a duplicate of bug #23637... I'll let someone else call that.
