dougt asked me to file this bug against him. Basically, mozilla needs a way to
be able to suppress the pop-up menus that come up when PSM has an HTML dialog
up. The pop-ups allow user to view source and the URL both of which may contain
cryptographically sensitive data that shouldn't be so easy to retrieve as a
simple mouse click.
