Very repeatable. go to www.quixtar.com, you will see a small red button on the left side labeled LOGIN. the pointer changes to a hand as you move onto the button, however, clicking on the LOGIN button produces no result. This sounds similar to bug report # 3944 with a difference of the pointer changing to a hand.
The login form goes to a secure page, and SSL is not implemented yet. There should be an alert, that is bug 26336. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 26336 ***
