Details

When clicking between the URL bar and the browser content, I used to get a focus event when the URL bar gains focus. This no longer happens, which means that certain menu items, like Paste, are never enabled properly.
This requires deactiving and reactivating the window. I cannot reproduce this unless that happens

I think I just nailed this, at least, I nailed every case I can reproduce.
