A little folder icon comes out of the "Add these panels to your sidebar" box in
the customize panel. It super imposes itself over the Add button. If happens
in different ways but there is a general problem with however your render this
window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the sidebar.
2. Click customize
3. Make sure the tree "most popular" is open. (not the only way)
4. close the customize panel.
5. now reopen it.
Actual Results: See the description. The folders don't say within the box as
they should.
Expected Results: Should have stayed within the box like any good listbox

Confirmed on Linux 2000-03-02-14. Text goes outside of the box at the bottom
when all the lines cannot fit within the listbox.
This also happens with the History window.
