Sidebar is too narrow and hidden "under" contents of page. I'm able to reproduce it as: 1) hide sidebar by clicking on "hide button" 2) quit mozilla 3) restart mozilla 4) show sidebar by clicking on "hide button" I will supply a screenshot... Build ID 2000022808, but showed in previous builds too.

Sorry, when tried to snapshot this bug, everything worked well, so I assume it is not 100% reproductable, and depends on something...
