Build: Seamonkey Feb 4 PowerPC installed on 8500/180 OS 8.5.1 Problem: The Onsales site fails to load. The status shows that it is downloading information but nothing renders. I waited a over 10 minutes and nothing appears to display. It does not time out. Note: This page loads ok on Win32 Seamonkey, Communicator 4.51, and Internet Explorer 4. It does NOT load on Linux Seamonkey. Steps to reproduce problem: 1) Launch Seamonkey 2) Type in web url: http://www.onsite.com 3) Wait a few minutes. Nothing appears to render.

is the info in this bug still accurate? i doubt this is related to compositing. someone needs to reassign it to whoever really owns whatever is busted.

I retested in the March 4 Seamonky Linux build. The page does load in apprunner. Note, on PowerPC, March 3 apprunnier is currently broken. I was able to run Viewer and was successful in loading this page. It appears the problem has gone away.

since Peter was able to get this page to load, I am marking this bug as verified/fixed based on some check-in that has happened between the time it was first discovered and now.
