Good grief, yet another combination that causes long-short-long-short wrapping!
Send a plaintext message wrapped at 72 columns.
Reply to it in html.
Reply to THAT in plaintext.
The innermost quote is wrapped long-short-long-short, has too big an indent
before the innermost quote, and doesn't add the extra > on the wrapped lines of
the innermost quote.

This appears to have been fixed (perhaps by a related checkin of Rich's?)
I do see a problem in the first reply (the reply done in the html compose window
then converted to plaintext), where lines after the first inserted line come out
double-spaced. Filed 33492 on that issue.
