build M14.

This works for me on 3/01 win32 M15 nightly build under both win98 and winNT. Tested by highlighting text in address field and hit CTRL+C, opened notepad and hit CTRL+V. URL was pasted successfully. Are there some steps that you could include which do not copy correctly. Thanks.
Ok, it seems to be more difficult to reproduce than I thought. It works until you copy some text from the browser window, and then try to copy some or all of the text from the location bar. Steps: highlight text in browser window, then use ctl-c to copy. paste somewhere using ctl-v (notepad, etc.) click in browser window to remove selection highlight highlight text in location bar, use ctl-c to copy. Use ctl-v to paste somewhere. the result may be the text you copied from the browser or nothing at all, but not the text you *tried* to copy from the location bar.
Could you grab a nightly build and check this. I am able to copy and paste without fail even following the second set of steps. Possibly something that has been fixed since M14 (M14 bits are about a week old now). Tested on win98 and winNT with build 030208 and WORKSFORME.
ok, using build 20000030313, the problem seems to be gone, i.e. Worksformetoo.

tested 3-31-00 marking verified works for me. to be honest there are cases I see that it does not work, but if you click on the location bar a 2nd or 3rd tim it does work. I have been searching for a pattern for this before reporting a bug.
