Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050606 Firefox/1.0+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050606 Firefox/1.0+
I'm seeing an issue with the "Sanitize DeerPark on Shutdown" preference. I set
the preference, restart firefox, go to Tools->Options and firefox crashes.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools->Options->Sanitize Settings
a. Enable Sanitize Deerpark on Shutdown
b. Enable Ask me before Sanitizing Deerpark
c. Click Ok to dismiss Preferences Dialog
2. Shutdown Firefox - the Sanitize Dialog Box appears. Click Sanitize
3. Start Firefox with blank page as home page
4. Try to click on Tools->Options
Actual Results:
Firefox crashes.
Expected Results:
I should be able to modify Browser Options.
My initial observation is incorrect, Greasemonkey might be at fault here. Here
is the modified description:
1. Download and Enable Greasemonkey
2. Download some user scripts
3. Set pref to Sanitize Firefox on shutdown
4. Restart Firefox (blank home page might be a red herring)
5. Select Manage User Scripts menu-item
Result: CRASH
If I disable Greasemonkey, Manage User Scripts Menu-item disappears, Firefox
works perfect.
Summary: Toggling Preference for Sanitize Firefox causes Firefox to crash → Enable Greasemonkey, set pref to Sanitize Firefox on shutdown, restart Firefox, select Manage User Scripts menu-item, CRASH

What version of greasemonkey were you using? There have been several changes to
greasemonkey recently with the newest one being 0.5 beta for now.

This is a dupe of 297570 the crash occurs when moving over the GM Tools menu item.
Please reopen if you disagree.
