Details
When Mozilla is running, Windows Task Manager occasionally states it is using
95%+ of CPU. Other open apps are sluggish. It occurs long enough to slow down
the system. Over time, it gets better.
HW: Compaq Deskpro EN 6400 (400mhz) w/ 128MB of RAM
SW: Windows 2000 Professional, M14
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Mozilla
2) Open Windows Task Manager
3) Click processes tab, monitor CPU usage
