RedHat 5.2, 2.0.36, fvwm: At www.as.org, there is a horizontal red and blue line near the top of the page and a blue one that runs vertically down the center. On the Linux viewer, it's drawn as kind of a pukey speckled-black color.

This is not a layout bug. Layout is when things are formatted improperly, nit when things don't draw properly on one speific platform...

This looks OK in the Mar04 build. I don't want to mark it closed, but I believe it's fixed.
