The Bugzilla bug list has the summaries of the next bug listed next to each bug after bug #30451. E.g., I get 30455 maj P3 All rchen@netscape.com UNCO Tasks menu accesskey not localiazable but bug 30455 is "Yahoo chat does not think i have java and then crashes at"
First bug where this happens is bug 30453, not 30451.
In buglists one subject appears often twice for two following bugs, whereby the correct subject belongs to the second bug. E.g. the query for all Unconfirmed and new bugs of "bugzilla component" listed this subject as well for bug 30465 whoose subject was totally supressed. This is *really* bad.

The summary listed for each bug n, starting with bug 30453 is the summary for bug n+1, or maybe the next unresolved bug. I'll up this to blocker since it makes scanning for new unconfirmed bugs impracticable.

This seems to have started around time we had one of those network problems - migth be related to high load we had at that time.

Bug 30661 gives some more test cases. It appears that where this happens in a search which returns only one bug, the entry shows: * correct summary information * bug number n-1, where it should be n. Where this happens in a search which returns more than one bug, on the other hand, the entry shows: * incorrect summary information (that of the next bug returned in the query) * bug number n-1, where it should be n. Does this fit with what other people are seeing?

Summary: Bug list lists incorrect summaries → Bug list gives incorrect summaries and/or bug numbers
This is totally weird. Sometimes the bug summary and number is correct, but owner and state is incorrect. Example, bug list shows: 30632 enh P3 All cbegle@mozilla.org UNCO 'My bugs' should also show unconfirmed bugs "True" data of the bug: 30632 enh P3 All terry@mozilla.org NEW 'My bugs' should also show unconfirmed bugs
OK, the problem was that the shadow database (as described in bug 27146) was somehow out of sync. I copied it over from scratch, and things should be better now. I wish I knew what caused this, though.

Probably something went wrong while the load was high, ie. shadow wasn't synced properly even if it was thought so.

Will verif if this does not reoccur in a reasonable time period.

Verified this was a worrying bug, on the shadow database will we eventually have to pull the plug?
