Confirmed using 2000-03-13-17-M15-nb1b on WinNT, exactly as reported. Selection problem.

I see this problem on Macintosh as well; set to all platforms. Drag scrolling doesn't work in edit fields. Also, it doesn't work vertically in textareas either.

Totally cross platform as I experienced this on Linux.
M15 is going out with this bug? Is there a status on a fix?
m15 did go out because the fix i just checked in was too scary. m16 fixed
