using 3/6 build of commercial windoiws build 1) launch netscape 2) launch editor 3) enter some text 4) click on spellchecker button it doesn't come up..could be a packaging issue...Cc:ing leaf+granrose Windows only.

NS_INIT_REFCNT(); was missing from the class constructor! That is certainly bad!
