Highlighted bookmark before and after
When you move your mouse cursor over a bookmark in the personla toolbar the
bookmark gets highlighted. The lighting should have some padding instead of just
highlighting the text.
Please see the attachment on the before (currenly) and after (what I suggests)

this is really a UI design issue. changing component. cc'ing german. I would vote no if this padding would reduce hte number of
bookmarks I get to see in my personal toolbar.

Not really an issue after the new white box around selected bookmarks in the
personal toolbar.
