this is not a profile manager bug- happening at this url with password dialog- think this is Single Signon and belongs to Steve Morse. Steve, if this is not you- please help with assignment

This code has all changed. Single singon no longer puts up a dialog asking for master password. This function will eventually be done by PSM but, for the moment, there is no master password.
