[PP]Mac doesn't auto-register XPCOM factories

Details
The Mac currently doesn't auto-register XPCOM factories, so that anything that
relies on this approach for registration will fail on Mac (an example is the XUL
document loader).
As a result .xul files won't load on mac, period.

rjc gave me a fix for NSPR's prlink.c that fixes the problem with loading aliases
of shared libs. This has now been checked in to nsprpub so this bug is probably
ready to be marked fixed.
