Software License agreement dialog is in English. Steps of reproduce 1. Start installer 2. Click on Next button in Welcome dialog Software License agreement dialog shows up. The title of the dialog is in Japanese, but inside the dialog, "Accept" button, and "No" button are in English. Tested 2000030709 JA build.
