Setup for the bug: Sidebar must be open on startup
1. Click on a bookmark to the link
http://people.netscape.com/dp/personal/finance
2. Without clicking on anyother link, close sidebar by View->Sidebar
3. From now on, the left frame doesn't behave properly. Cursor doesnt change if
we move on top of a link on the left frame, scrollbar doesn't update the left
frame content. Expose causes the correct display update.

Works on Windows... but I suspect this is yet another example of the horked
event dispatch on linux. Infact, I'm 99% sure of it. dbaron and joki are going
to land a big event dispatching change in t-minus one week, which should fix this...

Mass-moving all M16 non-feature bugs to M17, which we still consider to be
part of beta2
Target Milestone: M16 → M17
Same Problem:
1)Goto edge.sourceforge.net
2)You see:
> NEWS
> THE EDGE TEAM
> SOURCEFORGE PAGE
> CONTACTS
> DOWNLOADS
> BUG REPORTS
3)Click on NEWS, then THE EDGE TEAM, CONTACTS, DOWNLOADS, BUG REPORTS.
4)Click the <- arrow, click it again.
5)It seems that the frames display in the wrong place...

bug 34033 is fixed now, and this was the same bug. I cannot reproduce the
problem with the scrollbar for dp's site (but it there this morning).
2000062020 linux verified fixed.
