Used 03-10-13-M15 commercial build:
Cannot delete message from IMAP thread pane
1) Login to IMAP mail account
2) Get msg from Inbox
3) Tried to delete msgs from thread pane
4) Actual Results: no change for deleting msgs, all the messages still stay in
the thread pane.
Expected Results: Should delete msgs successfully, msgs shouldn't display on the
thread pane anymore.

I saw this once. Restarting the app seemed to fix it. Karen, do you see this
every time you run the app? Reassigning to putterman.

I know that bug#31121 got fixed for POP/Local subfolders, don't know why it
happened on IMAP again....

Yes. You are right, it won't occurred after restart application
(only the first time), duplicate bug?

I saw this in my Inbox, though. Not in a subfolder like 31121.
When I saw this, the messages remained bold, and remained in the thread pane as
I read them and deleted them. I tried resizing the window and the thread pane,
hoping for a repaint bug, but that didn't help. When I restarted the app, the
messages were no longer visible in the Inbox thread pane.

If not a duplicate bug, then this should be fixed for beta1. Adding beta1 on the
keywords.

this can't be a dup of the local folder. Well, it could but it would be awfully
surprising since I only changed code in local/src and Imap shouldn't be touching it.
However, could this be a dup of 24456. Just for the record, I'm able to delete
just fine in my Inbox.

No, I don't think this is dup of bug#24456 since it not only occurred on last
message....this occurred on the fisrt time you start the app. and delet any
message from the thread pane.

the other bug doesn't only happen on the last message and does this really
happen the first time every time you start up. Like I said it doesn't do this
for me. I generally have to delete between 2-30 messages before this happens.

I really see this problem for the first time launching after the installation
for 03-10-13-M15 commercial build. I will pay attention whether this problem
will occure after I delete more messages.

I already tried to delete 56 messages from IMAP Inbox....I didn't see problem so
far.....

I'm wondering whether what Karen saw is what some of us are now seeing -- delete
craps out very quickly. See bug #31953.

David, you mentioned some fixes going in for delete. Would this bug go away
with those changes? Marking M15 and beta2, please adjust as necessary.

Retested on 04-05-09-M15 commercial build:
The deleted message does not have problem on thread pane for plain text message.
But sometimes cannot delete message from the thread pane for some message
w/attached web page......for some reason, the delete button not available
sometimes if tried to delete message for the message w/attached web page....

I can reproduce this problem in a folder with all plain text messages, so I'm
not convinced that messages with web pages are the direct cause of this.

So, if problem still occurring...shouldn't we reopen this bug?
And I knew that there was bug#32742 which you are working on and hoping to focus
on one bug, can I just reopen this bug and marking as duplicate for that bug?
