onMouseOut not working for IMG

on the site above, when you go over (onMouseOver) the image it's border is
supposed to change from black to white, and then when you onMouseOut it's
supposed to change back to black (using css, but that part's irrelevent). This
doesn't happen, the border just stays white. This was tested on M14.

Tried with build from 3/21, working fine (better than 4.72 for that matter). If
this is still an issue for you, please assign to EventHandling
