The URLs on http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describekeywords.cgi should be links
because I'm too lazy to select, copy, click, paste.

I agree. But this is Jan's bug, because she entered those URLs as is. To make
them clickable, she needs to change every description so that the URLs are
proper HTML, with <A HREF> tags and everything.
