In Monday's tip build, command-line arguments don't work. E.g.
mozilla "http://www.mozilla.org"
comes up with a blank window.

This is a regression, didn't happen before the Pavlov/Travis landings on Friday.

Please, won't someone look at this? This is a serious regression which makes
all testing much more difficult.
Trying Travis since it happened over the weekend and webshell sounds more likely
