Patch 6505 assumes that inet_ntop() always uses the ::ffff:
prefix for IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses, which I'm not sure is
required. I'm going to attach an alternative patch that
doesn't depend on this assumption. It makes an equivalent
IPv4 PRNetAddr and passes that to PR_NetAddrToString instead.
