Most of the diagrams on the fixit/ch3 site print dramatically slower in SeaMonkey than in 4.72. And with poor results. The RUL in this bug is a good example.
The slow output is fixed.. this was another bug which was a memory problem. That fix was checked in this morning. The image is low quality because the text it bad in the first place.. The GIF has a mask, which makes it print out bad currently.. which is another bug. So I will close this bug out.

bug 27962, i will verify that fix today.
Verified the slow printing problem..now the page prints fast enough..marking VERIFIED.
