(using viewer.exe from 22-02-99) If the cursor is placed in the text, and you scroll down, when the cursor gets to the top, it can't scroll down any more. Sorry if you already knew about this....

This is using keyboard scrolling ...

Michael, this is definitely related to the caret (blue triangle). It looks like we're trying to ensure the caret is always visible and so we force a scroll back down to ensure it is visible I'm not sure if this is you or not. If not, and you know who should get the bug, please re-assign it
