Notice the Stripe bar on the bottom-left corner
I was testing Build 200031808. I noticed this trivial problem with the stripe
bar on the bottom-left corner acting strange. Its not set correctly when I start
up mozilla. The strip tends extend towards where it says "Connecting To <Site
Name>". The effect is most prominent when you minize and then maximize mozilla
when it loading a page. This is a trivial bug. :-P

I believe the spinner is in XP Toolkit.
