Details
The ticker does not display and the menus do not function (B2BXchange and
Internet Services Busniness Unit tabs should reveal a drop down menu)

Both of these objects appear to be JavaScript entities, so the JavaScript people
can have a look at this first. The newsticker does work in 2000032109, but the
text doesn't constrain itself to the window, but appears above and below it as
well - ick.

Looks like the site is using layers after detecting Netscape, which is not going
to work since Mozilla isn't going to support them. See
<http://sites.netscape.net/ekrock/standards.html>
I sent the webmaster a message per.

Verifying Invalid. Test URL has disappeared as well.
