found this while using: linux, opt comm: 2000.03.27.11 macOS, opt comm: 2000.03.27.10 winNT, opt comm: 2000.03.27.09 1. open Preferences. 2. select Forms and Passwords category. observe that the Change Passwords button spans the width of the panel. ugh. also, since its only function is to change the master password, why not just call it "Change Master Password," or "Change Password" (singular instead of plural). unless there are more passwds (than i realized) that could be changed with this feature...
Fixed in mozilla tree. Waiting for commercial tree to open so I can fix the typo in the commercial tree.
