Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; N; Win98; en-US; m14)
BuildID: 2000-0327-18
When I clicked OK in the prefs window it didn't close the window. But Cancel did
close the window.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to browser. Choose Edit, Prefs.
2. Using mouse or cursor keys, click on every pref category, one at a time,
starting with top one.
3. When you get to the last pref category (Debug), click the OK button.
Prefs window won't close.
Expected Results: Prefs window should have closed.
It would be unusual if users encountered this bug, but it should still be fixed.

robertsc@accn.org, from your description it sounds like in the tour of
all the preference categories no changes were made to any pref. Is that
correct? In that case, [Ok] won't do any more than [Cancel] anyway, so
this is just a minor annoyance; it would be much more serious if [Ok]
did not work after making a change to a pref - that would mean data loss
if the user had to use [Cancel]. If you see that problem, please be sure
to add a comment! Thanks.
I had no luck reproducing this using the 2000-04-01-M15 nightly binary on WinNT.
I tested this with build 2000041808 and it seems to work now. You can close this
bug.
