Profile dialog is all wrong

Details
The profile dialog has been screwed up the last couple of days perhaps weeks.
What's wrong:
- The image to the left of the "Manager User Profiles" in the "Select User
Profile" looks wrong!
- All buttons in the "Select User Profile" are selected.
- The Choose Folder button the create new profile doesn't work!
