Build ID 200040308 (but has been true for a week at least, I believe).
Sometimes Mozilla will respond on the first click, but often the first click on
a link or a submit button *or the "back" button* results in only a quick flash
on the stripes at the bottom and a document done status. I must click multiple
times to get Mozilla to do anything. Also (I don't know if this is related),
but sometimes Mozilla simply ceases to be able to find DNS addresses. I click
on a link the strips start cycling and the status line says that it's resolving
the address of whatever machine (has happened many different places). I can
switch to another browser on the same machine and happily browse away while
Mozilla sits and twiddles its thumbs. If it gets in that mood, it will never
return and multiple clicking will seldom, if ever, be sucessful (that is,
mozilla responds to the click, but just goes back into the resolving state).
I'm reporting these two together because the multiple clicking need seems to get
worse and then go into the non-resolving state, but it's hard to know if they're
actually one problem.
I've searched for this on Bugzilla, but it's hard to know what to search for, so
after 3 or 4 searches, I gave up and am submitting it, hoping not to have caused
extra work with a duplicate bug report.
