all platforms affected, changing to platform: all. cc'ing kipp on this because he just chagned stuff with the htmlReflowState which caused my (probably incorrect) code to move from simply not working to crashing. Maybe he can lend me a clue.

Using the March 5 build, clicking on the grippies (I assume you mean the small space to the left of the Back button & the throbber, the thing you would ordinarily grip to reoder the taskbar?) does indeed crash the browser, at least on Win 98. Was this fixed in a later build?
This bug report needs clarification. Why does it have a resolution of Fixed with no comment about any fix? Is there a crash? If so, the Platform and Severity fields need updating.

Kipp broke something, and checked in a fix. The fix was in nsHTMLReflowState, and when he checked it in, he closed the bug. It's really fixed, I swear.

Not crashing in the 09-March build.
Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.
